Melons and Dolcino datterini tomatoes: our concentrate of sweetness.
The harvest of our datterini tomatoes takes place when the fruit is best ripened, just when the fruit detaches more easily from the twig. In this way, our datterini tomatoes reach the sugar level that justifies the name of Dolcino. In addition, their very thin skin makes them ideal to be eaten raw or just blanched.
The package includes 4 melons to be consumed within 3 days of receipt:
- Jolly: with a smooth skin with no sign of the slice, its pulp is crunchy and light in color, the taste is very sweet and aromatic, with a persistent aftertaste.
- Charentais: characterized by a firm, intense orange pulp, with a particular aroma and good taste characteristics.
- Red Harper: with a green/yellow and finely netted skin, its pulp is pleasantly soft, very bright orange in colour tending to fire red and rich in antioxidant.
